A review for PSD to XHTML conversion for website development

Well PSD is an Adobe file format in which the images are saved. As Adobe Photoshop is considered as an efficient mode for edit and creating images. Due to its wide features and functionalities, today Photoshop is popular among thousands of web designers. PSD supports numerous file formats including Lab, Grayscale, RGB, bitmap, CMYK and multi channel plus for text, layers, masks, transparency and clipping paths.

But the reason for behind PSD to XHTML conversion is – a PSD image is not browser friendly and can't be easily used for website template. So here comes the crucial role for conversion, where the simple PSD image is transformed into a language which can be read by the browser and hence we call that as XHTML. This extensible hyper text mark up (HTML) language is an extension for HTML used for creating web pages.
