1. You got to have a Unique and secure Password

2.Regular Backup.
A regular backup for your database is essential. Almost everyone knows they should backup their sites frequently, but only a handful
actually do it. Without good backups, if something does happen to your site, you can loose everything on it. Or YOu can use a plugin call I use a plugin called, WP-DB-Backup or wp-dbmanager to have your back up done automatically and regularly. I am currently using WP-DB-Backup
