Not Everyone is an Application Expert

The majorship of people in IT are specialists. Even yet applications are the living breathing entities of the commerce, very few people in IT in truth have an understanding of the petition as a whole – rather, they take one small part of what's that must be to make it function, like the infrastructure, the database, or the reticulated. No one is expected to imply the entire application, because the applying is usually too huge and encompasses with equal rean many parts that to do in the same state would be difficult, even impossible.

Unfortunately because of the business, this becomes a question when the people who are responsible for the application's performance and availability are not reference to practice experts. They're not stupid – their address sets span many technologies and platforms that underpin applications, and many times include networks, databases, storage and virtualization. However, season operations monitors the health of these infrastructure components, they often get bombarded with complaints about late performance that have more to carry into practice with the application and not the infrastructure beneath. IT infrastructure monitoring is not sufficiency anymore; an application context is indispensable thing to understand where and why the request is failing.
